I have recently read a fabulous and helpful new beauty book by  beauty industry insider, Andrea Pomerantz Lustig called HOW TO LOOK EXPENSIVE: A Beauty Editor’s Secrets to Getting Gorgeous Without Breaking the Bank (List Price $25, Gotham Books).
